Lets Explore our CRM Software

Where best to start is through a video introduction.  Here Jarrell from our software team explores What is a CRM, the drawbacks of not having it and then the benefits to a business looking to grow and develop.

Lets start to explore some of CORES CRM features further….

What is a Content Type (Jobs)?

The above is an example of a Content Type. We use this term repeatedly here at ESP but is the foundation on how unique our system is. A Content Type is best compared to Excel spreadsheet, so you have your title “List Jobs,” “Headers” (purple bar) and then your “Columns” which is your rows of data. Next, we will look inside the content type itself.

Inside a Content Type (Job)

Content Type "Jobs"

Content Type “Jobs”

Our next picture shows inside the content type “Jobs” this shows all the details that make up that content type. In here you can see information such as title, customer, contact information and financial details. Below this you have “Job details.” This outlines the product(s), sell prices and quantity relating to the job, which is called a Related Field because it is related to the job above. All these details are customisable to ensure you include exactly what you need to see.

Comments and Tasks

Comments and Tasks

Within the content types you can add comments and tasks which are immensely helpful to ensure if there are any essential information that needs to communicate. Your able to @ users within the business in the comment section or set a task for a user. The user or group that has been mentioned will get an alert which appears at the top of the web page, and you can view via the notification bell. Again, everything is all customisable to ensure your requirements are met.

Dashboards

Next going to go through our Dashboard. This shows the data about the business that has been inputted into the system and can be displayed as shown above. Just below the pictures on the dashboard are separate tabs so you can get specific data about a particular user or group. Our dashboards can be “Site Wide” meaning that this is viewable for everyone, you can make it group specific for example one for Finance and one for Marketing and only users within a specific group will see the related dashboard. Finally, you can create individual dashboards, so it is catered from user to user.

Webhooks

Another feature is that you can import data from your current system into our CRM, but you can also export data as well. Not only that you can make amendments to data and then import the data again and the system will adopt the changes.

Power BI is a business tool that can analyse and visualise raw data from your business and present it in understandable content to help aid business decisions. Above are some screenshots from the application which can be directly integrated with our CORE website to transform your data from the website and create visuals to display more readable information which can be tables or charts.

Conclusion

Along with this our CRM system can be integrated with our systems such as Sage (which we actively do), SharePoint and Mailchimp. So, you can see the extensive benefits of adopting this system into your business to ensure your operating more efficiently. We will help you every step of the way to build a website that reflects your wants (within reason) to help boost your productivity for the business.
