CORE Software Team is growing… as we welcome Ruby Easthope

Over the past 12 months our CORE Software Team at ESP Projects have been working incredibly hard to bring you new and exciting features, so hard that it has enabled them to expand their team. Our new addition, Ruby Easthope, is joining us as a Customer Service Technician. Let’s get to know a little about Ruby and her experiences so far.

Introduction to Ruby Easthope

Hello! My name is Ruby, and I am delighted to be the latest member of the illustrious software team here at ESP Projects. I am definitely a people person and I’ve always been intrigued about this side of the IT Industry, so this role perfectly combines those two things. So far, I have spent my time learning how to use the Core website as it is completely new to me, and it has been a great tool to train with. I have also been working hard on some client demos and if you’re interested in using our software, I could create one just for your business to show how great it could be for you.

What is CORE Software?

Core is our new system that we have designed to revolutionalise your business management. It is your own personal website where you can create forms, import your own data and then from that data you can create dashboards, alerts and reports. Something completely unique to our system is that you can customise every single aspect of your website to suit your business needs. This means that you can tailor it to suit your workflows and processes.

CORE’s Features

There are so many amazing features that come along with Core which we call the content fields. These are the sections that will build up your website and will allow you to upload files, images, add in text, prices, and date fields. Our related content section means that you can simply click on a staff member it will pull up all the data about that person which again you can customize to suit any of your business needs. Another exciting feature is that you can export data from the site, make changes to that data and then import that edited data back onto the site.

CORE’s Integration Feature

The one feature of Core that I think is important for the growth and continuation of our system is the integration feature. Our Core system has the ability integrate with; Sage for financial purposes (which we actively use ourselves), Mailchimp for your mailing lists with clients and customers. Using SharePoint with our Core system allows you to directly access your Microsoft applications and Power BI, this means that you can directly import data from Core to Power Bi to get the detailed and complex reporting and visuals you need for your business!
