Expansion of our CORE Software Team

There have been some exciting things happening at ESP Projects, with the expansion of our CORE Software Team. So, for the past 12 months we have been speaking about expansion and growth. Now our hard work has enabled us to grow our Software Team with a new addition, which is Jarrell Wright. Jarrell is joining the team as the new Customer Service Technician, so we will get to know a little more about Jarrell and his experience so far. Over the coming month you will be introduced to our other members of our Software Team and you can meet the other new additions.

Introduction to Jarrell Wright

My name is Jarrell, and I am delighted to be a part of the illustrious Software team here at ESP Projects. So, I have always been interested in technology and people and wanted to combine those two passions together, which I am doing right now. I have been using the CORE website throughout my time here and it is a system that I have not come across before and has been instrumental to my experience and learning while being here. What is CORE Software?

CORE is a system which can completely change the management of a business. It is a website where you can create your own forms, import your own data and from that data you can create dashboards, alerts, and reports. Everything you can do within your website is customisable which is something incredibly unique with this system, tailoring to how your own business works and can implement your own workflows and processes.

CORES features…

There are a lot of amazing features that come along with CORE which are the content fields meaning that you can upload files, images, add in text, price, and date fields. Our related content section means that when you click on a staff member it will pull all data about that person which again you can customise to suit any business needs. You can also export data from the site then make changes to that data and then import that data with the edited data.

CORES Integration feature…

The one feature I think is important for the growth and continuation of the CORE system is the integration feature. Our CORE system can integrate with Sage for financial purposes, which we actively use ourselves. Mailchimp for your mailing list for clients and customers. SharePoint allows you to access your Microsoft applications through CORE and Power BI. This means that you can directly import data from CORE to Power Bi to get detailed and complex reporting and visuals you need for your business!
